Termate is happy to announce that the new VMS busbar support product, currently under development by the Termate Innovation team, passed its Icw (IEC 61439) short circuit test, by achieving exceptional performance under high short circuit rating conditions. The support was subjected to 65kA for 3 seconds, 80kA for 1 second and 100kA for 1 second. All VMS supports used in the tests successfully passed the test requirements unblemished! The new VMS support is suitable for a variety of phase centres and number of busbars per pole. This exiting new product will be available for sale very soon.
